Standard Dispute Resolution Language

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy (collectively a “Dispute”), arising out of
or relating to this Agreement, that is not resolved through direct negotiations between
the parties within 10 days, the parties agree to use Avoid-Court.com, a third-party,
independent, technology-enhanced dispute resolution platform. If the dispute is still not
resolved within __ days, the parties can then elect to proceed to traditional mediation.
The parties will select a mediator from a roster of certified mediators having the
experience or training to assist with providing mediation services provided by Avoid-
Court.com affiliated and trained mediators. Mediation shall be a condition precedent to
any arbitration or litigation, except for disputes requiring injunctive relief.
